Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Otamiy order. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable.
• Sale or final-sale items may be excluded unless they are defective.
• We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts.

How to request a return

Email contact@otamiy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after we approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, request a return and place a new order, or contact us and we will help you exchange where stock allows.
