Otamiy is committed to a simple, secure and transparent online shopping experience. Below is how we prepare, ship and deliver orders.

Order processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares it for shipment. A tracking number is sent within 48 business hours of confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from that 48-hour window.

Shipping and delivery

We ship internationally with reliable carriers. Estimated delivery is 5–12 days after the order ships. Delivery times can vary by destination, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and are shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the shipment.

Returns
