Not quite right? You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Size exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
How to return
- Contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your return arriving with us. Faulty or incorrect items are always free to return.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected. You can cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.
