This website is operated by KARMA XIII LIMITED (company no. 80612849), 2 Harrow Ln, London E14 0AT, United Kingdom, trading as OVRSTONE. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our shipping, refund and privacy policies, which form part of them.
Access and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for making sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date.
Our products
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Fit and fabric details are given on each product page.
Orders
We'll confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or the item is unavailable; if so, you'll receive a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken when you order and is processed securely by our payment providers.
Delivery
Delivery terms and times are set out in our shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
Returns, cancellations and your rights
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend this to 30 days under our returns policy. Full details are in our refund policy. You also have your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The text, images, logos and other content on this site are protected. Please don't copy them without our permission.
Reviews and user content
Any reviews you post must be genuine and lawful. We publish reviews without editing them, except to remove unlawful or abusive content.

The site may include links or tools provided by third parties. We're not responsible for their content.
Prohibited uses
You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or collect other users' data.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a problem, please contact our customer service first so we can try to put it right.

We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one in force when you place your order.
