Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how to return or exchange it.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return an item. Items must be returned in the condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We may reduce a refund if an item has been worn, damaged or handled more than needed to try it on.

Size exchanges

Wrong size? Contact us before sending anything back and we'll explain how to get the right size, subject to availability.

How to return

  1. Email contact@ovrstone.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll send you the instructions and return address.
  3. Send the item back in its original packaging using a tracked service, and keep your proof of postage.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Unless we tell you otherwise or the law says otherwise, you pay the return postage when you return something because you've changed your mind.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We'll cover the return postage and offer a replacement or a refund.

Your right to cancel (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you've sent them). The refund includes the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid.

Refunds

We'll let you know as soon as we've received and checked your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund. If you haven't seen it after a reasonable time, please contact us.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
