Thank you for shopping with OVRSTONE. This policy explains how we deliver your order and what to expect after you buy.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on every UK order, with tracking and no minimum spend.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 working days. The estimated delivery time is also shown at checkout. Deliveries can be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take a little time to update after you receive the email.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Duties and taxes

Prices for UK orders are shown in pounds sterling. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Check your address

Please check your delivery address at checkout and contact us as soon as possible if it needs correcting.

Lost, damaged or late parcels

If your parcel is lost, damaged or late, email contact@ovrstone.com and we'll deal with the carrier for you.

Changes and cancellations

Want to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes until your order has been dispatched. Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original payment method.
